As a complete novice and a rather unfit middle aged person it is going to take me a while to progress however I am practising every day for 30 minutes to one hour. Your videos are very good for working on posture and the best that I have found in that regard. Also the gradual pace and the way you break things down makes it easy to follow and gain confidence day by day.
