STATEMENT OF CONSENT FOR THE30-DAY  2026 TAI CHI CHALLENGE

The 30-Day Tai Chi Challenge is a voluntary program. Please consult your doctor if you are not sure you are fit to participate. In no way can any advice suggested during the challenge replace your doctors advice.

You must look after yourself wisely as only you know how. 

Prizes that may be awarded will be made based on the consistency of your participation and not on whether or not you see improvement. The organizer of the Challenge takes no responsibility for your participation, which is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. If you have any concerns or conditions.  

Any personal information (name, age, gender) requested at the sign up for this Challenge only is for administrative purposes and you will not be identified to the group by it and it will be kept private.

To facilitate the learning and practice you will follow the prerecorded guided lessons and coaching calls which will be recorded.

This is a community challenge and you will be requested to comment and share in the Taiflow community but you do not need to do this to complete the challenge. Be aware if you do not share your findings and thoughts in the community you will not be in the running for any prizes that will be distributed at the end of the 30 days.
