In this class we will discuss how to maintain lung and large intestine health during this extra flu season. We will explore their role in the body and what foods to eat to keep them healthy. I have based this study Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 5 element theory and also common nutritional knowledge.
We will practice together exercises that are associated with the element of metal and promote lung health.
