In this class we will discuss how to promote Kidney and Bladder health during the winter time. What is their role in the body and what foods to eat to keep them healthy.
We will practice together exercises that are associated with the element of water and the season of Winter.
Kidneys are the home to your Jing, this is the essence that you were given to at birth.
Kidneys are yin energy and your life force comes from Kidneys. People who have weak kidneys are always tired. They are losing their Jing, their natural essence.
Changing your habits around food will help nourish and care for your kidneys. As the Chinese proverb says: “All sickness comes from the mouth”
I have based this study on the 5 element theory and also common nutritional knowledge.
This is the season of water so lets make sure to keep our your kidneys.
