In this class we will discuss how to promote Liver and Gallbladder health during the spring months. What is their role in the body and what foods to eat to keep them healthy.

We will practice together Qigong exercises that are associated with the element of wood and the season of Spring.

Your liver is in charge of detoxing your body and it is very important that it doesn't get congested. When the liver is congested it affects gallbladder and vice versa.

When your live gets congested you will feel lethargic and not have the energy to do the things you enjoy in your life.

Changing your habits around food will help nourish and care for your liver and gallbladder. As the Chinese proverb says: “All sickness comes from the mouth” I have based this study on the 5 element theory.
