Learning the Tai Chi 28 Movement form which is a sequence of movements that build put together the 13 basic movements of Tai Chi.
The modules go from 5-8 minutes each. You will listen to my explanation and then practice the movements with me.

You wil get extra support when you come to the live workshops and you will get access to the private facebook group where Leia will participate and answer your questions as well as give advice.
