30 Days of Mindfulness

This will be a community effort. You will watch and contemplate a video each day that will be based on one of the Five Hindrances of Buddhism. 

This program is designed to help you get to know yourself and the workings and the limits of your mind.

When you become aware of limiting patterns you can meet them with kindness and compassion and this will help you move forward toward your goals. 

You will also learn an ancient Qigong series that is practiced sitting that can support your mindfulness meditation practice. 

There will be five live meetups on Zoom with Leia to deepen the discussion. If you can't make the meetup live there will be a recording. 

You will have access to these videos for 30 days but if you cannot complete the course there will be an option to pay to extend your access for another month. After that the course will disappear until next year.
