Thank you for today's meet up discussion. I'm planning to do some reading on the three treasures -- jing, chi, and shen.
As a follow up to today’s live discussion with Leia about grief and intergenerational trauma, it is easy to understand that a direct experience of trauma will impact how an individual interacts with others in their family, which in turn will shape the behaviors of those family members. We are shaped by many different forces -- culture, biology, environment, family, and society. And our bodies are sometimes changed by those forces down to a microscopic level. But we can learn how to counteract some of those changes, through Tai Chi, meditation, self-compassion, and expressions of gratitude. We can heal, but it takes work.
Thank you for taking the time to discuss this with us and how we can begin to overcome grief whether it comes from this generation or past generations. I loved the challenge I a look forward to the next one.

I've now been practicing, using the Tai Flow modules, since October 2023. I've missed three days, and some days during my vacation only had me doing one or two modules. Otherwise, I'm up to about 40' a day, and while the change has been so gradual as to almost not see it I'll say that now, 9 months in, not only is my balance better but my upper body and arms are stronger and I can easily squat to pick things up or do weeding and rise again smoothly. My knee and hip joints are much more flexible and strong, and the bursitis in my right knee hasn't bothered me in many months. Thank you, Leia! (I'm about to try some new modules, now that I have 6 weeks with no travel or outside commitments, and I can focus a little more in the mornings.

Hello from England! Over a year ago, a very spiritual friend of mine advised me to start practicing Tai Chi. I love to exercise and to try new things so i thought why not. I used to be very impatient woman. Mediation, journalling and Tai Chi helped me to change that. I am more patient and calmer now. Tai Chi also helps me to stay grounded after mediation. I have been practicing Tai Chi 4 times a week for over a year and i love it. I even recommended your videos to friends and family. Thank you for sharing your remarkable gifts and knowledge. All the best.
