What is this program?
On the Taiflow course platform you will get access to a sequence of 6 videos that will repeat for 30 days. The repetition will help you deepen your understanding of the movements. Â
You will follow these videos from the Taiflow website but it is also possible to cast them to your TV using the kajabi app from your phone. This is my hosting platform.
Leia will meet with you live on Zoom once a week for 5 weeks to have a discussion and deepen your understanding of the practice.Â
Studies have shown that practicing Tai Chi has a positive effect on your brain and your vagus nervous system and can aid preventing illness and support most healing processes.
Listen to what Leia's students have to say about learning with her...
Live Class Schedule:
Call #1 April 11th 11:30 EDT: The Intentional Magic of Consistency
We’ll go over the basics of the 30-Day Challenge so everyone knows how it works and how to move through it with ease.
I’ll also talk about consistency. How doing simple, everyday things, again and again, is what creates magic in your life.
Call #2 April 19th11:30 EDT: Relaxed but Alert
This week I will speak about the principle of 'Song' which is translated from Chinese to mean relax or relaxation. Since Tai Chi is a form of shadow boxing we must stay relaxed but alert. I will also answer any questions I read during the practice week.
Call #3: April 26th 11:30 EDT YinYang Balance
While we practice Tai Chi, we build lower body strength through daily, intentional movement. You may notice that this, improves your physical balance.Â
What you may not notice is that this ancient practice is founded on the principle of Yin and Yang, and the balance of opposites throughout our world. With the discipline of applying your daily magic, you will also begin to find your own emotional and spiritual balance.
Call #4: May 2nd 11:30 EDT Rooting and Sink the Chi
Today we’ll discuss the term “rooting,” what it means, and how to apply it. We’ll also look at the five gates of energy in the body and how they relate to your practice. I’ll touch briefly on Qigong, since the five gates are closely connected to that practice as well.
Call #5: May 9th 11:30 EDT Awareness and Mindfulness as a Tai Chi practice
Through a consistent Tai Chi practice, you begin to notice your body relax while staying alert. You feel more balanced in your emotions, stronger in your body, and more rooted to the ground. This awareness follows you wherever you go, even when you’re not practicing.Â
We like to say: Tai Chi here, Tai Chi there, Tai Chi everywhere. Or simply, be Tai Chi wherever you go.
The longer you practice, the more it helps regulate your nervous system. You feel calmer and more resilient in handling whatever comes your way.
** All classes will be recorded and uploaded to the course platform **
Testimonials
 Joy
Hi Leia, I'm loving the Tai Chi practise. I can't believe we're over half way through the 30 day challenge already.
Thank you so much for your patience and practical tips. The weekly video is a great help too and I love doing the silent videos after as extra practise to help it sink in.
I've actually been practising for 30 - 45 mins most days. I do the daily one, then go back to the ones I am finding hardest to practise them more. I am finding the snake the hardest as it involves more footwork and I'm very uncoordinated! I'm getting better though and I've lost 9.5lb in weight, my mind is clearer, my knees and hips(which have always been a bit weak ) are feeling more flexible and I'm moving around easier. I never thought exercise could leave you feeling more relaxed and with more energy straight after doing it. Everything I've tried before made me feel clammy and tired.
Tai Chi is my new breathing. It's life giving. Joy.❤️

Thank you Leia. This has been another transformative challenge for me. Your teaching is so accessible. I have felt so comfortable just showing up, clicking play on the video, and giving the moves a try each day. This 30 day challenge has given me a solid foundation to continue a daily practice.
